WHAT?!?!? I haven't posted my vegan pesto recipe?!?!?!

Pesto:

• 1 bunch basil, woody stems removed
• 1 lb. Spinach, steamed (ok to use frozen, thawed)
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 cup raw walnuts
• 1 Tblsp lemon juice
• 1 Tblsp minced garlic
• Salt and pepper to taste

Puree it all up in your food processor and enjoy! This stuff is so good I could eat it with a spoon. And it's a great way to get spinach into the kids.
